Megan Eddy is an occupational therapist who has 10 years experience in pediatrics between outpatient clinics and schools. She started part time at Triumph in 2023 to learn more about school based OT (settings 1-3) and is now a full time employee at Triumph since January 2025, consulting at several charter schools in and around the Twin Cities.

She received her Bachelor's and Master's degree from St. Catherine University. Her professional experiences include providing support for increasing independence in activities of daily living through fine motor skill support, sensory integration, and emotional regulation services to kids who are autistic, dyslexic, neurodivergent, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, those who have sensory processing difficulties, vision impairments, developmental delays, feeding disorders, ADHD, dysgraphia, and other learning disabilities.

Her perspective is that the best parts in life are the little moments, which is why she loves working with children. She values using play and connection to support each child’s unique development. The most rewarding moments for her is seeing how imaginative and creative students/pediatric clients are no matter their skill set, age or mode of communication. The number of times a child has taught her a new way of using a toy, game or sensory item is countless! They constantly surprise her!

She lives in St. Paul with her husband and dog, Maisel. She enjoys walking or biking to local coffee shops, trying new food and restaurants, as well as reading and traveling.
