As a Speech-Language Pathologist, Morgan Minnick takes a strengths-based approach to maximize engagement and confidence. She is dedicated to creating an identity-affirming and inclusive environment for everyone she serves. Morgan is proficient in American Sign Language and has extensive experience with a variety of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems. She is also a Natural Language Acquisition (Gestalt Language) trained clinician. She is passionate about helping students find their voice through whatever communication modality suits them best.

Morgan received both her Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities with a bilingual and multicultural emphasis certificate. Her experience includes providing speech and language services to kids who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing, autistic, and neurodivergent, those who have receptive and expressive language delays, apraxia of speech, phonological disorders and fluency disorders.
